A 28-year veteran to the luxury hospitality industry, James, bringing extensive senior management leadership and experience with leading international hospitality companies, including CEO of Lavenna Hotel Management company, CEO of G Charlton Hotels & Resorts, Tinian Dynasty Hotels & Casino based in USA and Accor Hotels and Resorts in China, The Regent & Sheraton Hotels, Malaysia.

As the CEO/Board of Director of G Charlton Hotels & Resorts Malaysia, James lead the brand through its reinvention into a modern luxury urban hotel group, winning 2012 the best international hotel management company- Golden Dragon Award by IHIF, China 2013 and he was Awarded the “Top 10 best CEO” by CHINA HOTELS Organization.

In his new role, James will oversee the 298-room and 5 F&B outlets of Phoenix Island Resort & Residences and take helm of all aspects of guest services, business development, sales and of both hotels’ operation and performance.
