5月17日，房地产金融政策“三连发”，带动周末看房量快速上涨，各地推进情况如何？在个人住房公积金贷款利率方面，北上广深、重庆、广东、辽宁、湖北、河北、河南、江苏、江西全省已经下调利率。
普通二线城市先行的趋势在长三角地区也很明显，目前，常州、合肥等地已率先下调房贷利率标准。但上海、杭州、南京、无锡等地的多位银行人士则表示暂时没有变化，首付还是20%，利率维持不变。
