比如初创型企业，每一分钱都要用在刀刃上，搬迁动机主要是节流。而到了高速发展阶段，随着人员规模和业务的扩张，企业则会开始重视办公环境的打造，同时树立品牌形象......
过去二十多年来，随着互联网产业的快速发展，我国涌现除了一批头部互联网企业，腾讯、阿里、京东、小米等作为行业代表，透过他们的总部变迁历程，既能看到他们逐步壮大的历史，也能咂摸出他们之间企业文化理念的不同。
腾讯：从舞蹈室到一座小岛

2005年，已经崭露头角的腾讯，随着团队的扩张搬出赛格科技园，入驻了深圳南山区的飞亚达科技大厦。
在这座大厦的四年里，腾讯相继涉足了音乐、社交、搜索、广告等，触手几乎伸向了互联网的每一个领域，业务实现了真正的腾飞。
钱赚的越来越多，人也越来越多，腾讯终于下定了买房的决心。
2009年7月，腾讯大厦正式竣工，数千名腾讯员工经历了4个多月终于陆续顺利完成搬迁。这是腾讯第一座自建写字楼，也是腾讯发展的重要里程碑之一。
然而在2011年，搬入腾讯大厦还不足两年，腾讯又一大楼“滨海大厦”开工建设。于是在五年之后，滨海大厦成为了腾讯新的全球总部。

现实是，腾讯低估了自己“膨胀”的速度。
至2019年，办公楼似乎已经无法满足腾讯的业务需要。为此，马化腾斥资85.2亿拿下大铲湾一块地（企鹅岛），计划在岛上建设新的全球总部。
据腾讯规划，新总部将投资318.9亿，总建面高达200万平方米，是6个滨海大厦的体量，预计容纳8-10万名员工。项目分两期建设，一期计划于2024年12月竣工，二期计划2026年11月竣工。
时间从1998年到2024年，地点从一间舞蹈室到一座小岛，腾讯这二十几年的变化让人“震撼”。
阿里：从民房到七星连珠
相比腾讯，阿里梦开始的地方显然要上档次一些。
1999年，马云斥巨资45万买下了杭州湖畔花园的一套毛坯房，18个人聚义在这间屋子里，见证了阿里巴巴的诞生。
