也就是说贷款的最高年限是30年,且年龄不能超过65周岁。如果您50多岁办理贷款的话,银行肯定会让你做担保或者抵押,所以说并不是每个人都能贷满30年,举个简单的例子,您今年40岁,按照规定您只能贷25年。具体的情况可以提前和相关工作人员沟通,避免出现不必要的困扰。
